Logitech, the Swiss provider of personal computer accessories, has taken a 10-year lease of 1,709sq m (18,400sq ft) at Cork Airport Business Park.

The building was previously occupied by Motorola and Freescale. The office park has about 70,000sq m (753,466sq ft) of office space in 27 buildings.

Logitech will be paying a rent of €107 per sq m (€10 per sq ft) after a rent-free period. Ed Hanafin of Lisney handled the letting. Logitech was advised by Paul Finucane of Colliers.
