DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is quoting €400,000 for a 12-suite hotel at Newbridge Road in Naas, Co Kildare.

The two-star hotel has a function room that can cater for up to 100 people.

Guests can dine in the hotel restaurant which caters for 50 guests. The staff area includes changing rooms, canteen and two bedrooms. The hotel also has an off-licence business.
