Savills is quoting a rent of €376.75 a sq m (€35 a sq ft) for newly refurbished office space in Dublin 2. Corrigan House on Fenian Street, which is three minutes walk from Pearse Street station, has 516sq m (5,554sq ft) of space. The building also comes with 13 car-parking spaces and ample bike storage facilities. It had been let to the HSE for the past 35 years but has now been revamped by its owner, the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland.
All the partitioned offices within the building have been removed to create open-plan working space. A new entrance lobby has been installed, while high-spec showers and toilets have also been added.
“The refurbishment undertaken by the RIAI has completely transformed Corrigan House into a modern-day office building capable of housing a wide variety of occupiers,” Kellie O’Brien of Savills says.
Fenian Street is an up-and-coming area of Dublin’s central business district. Last month Twitter chose to relocate its European headquarters to Cumberland House just across the road from Corrigan House.
