Development Site: A redevelopment site of 0.354 hectares (0.88 of an acre) and the dangerous ruins of an 18th century mill at Mill Road, Greystones, Co Wicklow, is expected to sell for around €1.1 million when it is auctioned on July 14th by HJ Byrne & Co.

The site is only a few hundred metres from the tennis club and a quarter of a miles from Greystones town centre. The mill is located at the rear of the site and would provide an interesting backdrop for any development. The zoning for the site allows 17.3 houses per hectare.
