DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has secured €3,228,000 for Ballyraine Hall, a modern student residential facility with 58 apartments and 150 bedrooms in Letterkenny, Co Donegal.

The accommodation close to the Letterkenny Institute of Education is currently producing a rent roll of €275,101 which will show a yield of 8.16 per cent.

The investment has a limited amount of Section 50 tax relief.
