Allsop Space Commercial & Investment is handling the sale of the shops which are producing a combined rent of €46,200 per annum. The overall retail space of 130sq m (1,400 sq ft) was originally laid out as a single unit but was subsequently divided into three separate units with glazed shop fronts, suspended ceilings , recessed lighting, store rooms and toilets. The tenants are Fuji Film whose rent of €27,000 has been reduced to €18,000 under a 20 year lease from 1999. The two other tenants pay open market rents of €13,200 and €15,000 per annum. Tesco are the anchor tenants in the Merrrion centre which has free customer parking in the basement.
