A site with planning permission for a 63-bed nursing home near Thurles, Co Tipperary, is to be offered for sale at €300,000.
CBRE is handling the disposal of the 1.53 hectares (3.8 acres) two miles off Exit 5 of the M8 motorway and about four miles from Thurles.
Robert Colleran of CBRE said there was scope to add another 27 bedrooms to the building already approved.
