Minister for Finance Michael Noonan and Minister for Public Expenditure Brendan Howlin presented Budget 2015 in the Dáil today.
Measures in the first expansionary budget in more than six years include a reduction in the top income tax rate from 41 per cent to 40 per cent as well as new USC entry levels and an increase in child benefit.
