EWare, a Dublin-based software firm, has signed deals worth €2 million with Iona Technologies and the British asset management business of HBOS, Clerical Medical Investment Management.
The Irish company, which develops customer relationship management software, will license its wireless access management software to both companies.
Iona and Clerical Medical will deploy eWare's software to personal digital assistants and laptops, enabling their sales people to draw down data from a central database while on the move.
EWare's software has already gone live at Iona's seven main European offices and will shortly be deployed throughout North America and Asia.
The deal with Clerical Medical, which has £60 billion sterling (€93 billion) in funds under management, will see eWare roll out its wireless software product in the British market.
Mr Ivan MacDonald, chief executive of eWare, said the firm's wireless software was selling well.
