A former Ulster Bank executive yesterday pleaded not guilty to four charges of abusing his position to debit just over £103,000 from a client’s account without the client’s permission.
Colum Lewis-Canning (53), from Moneyrannel Road in Limavady, denied the charges at the Crown Court in Derry.
He is accused of committing the offences between January 2006 and February 2009.
He also pleaded not guilty to a charge of obtaining by deception £2,500 from the same client between the same dates

The defendant was released on continuing bail until his trial starts on January 16th.
