Dublin-based financial software company, Flexicom, has won a DHL Export finalist award. The company is the fifth finalist named this year and will compete for the 1998 DHL Export Award in December.

Flexicom was selected, according to DHL, because of "its excellent growth record, which has seen turnover increase at a compounded rate of 80 per cent over the past five years".

The other finalists in the 1998 DHL Export awards were Celtic & Heraldic Jewellery, O'Briens Irish Sandwich Bars, Finlays and Megazyme.
