Green Properties has not yet received a formal offer from Treasury Holdings to purchase the company, it said yesterday.

In a statement last week, Treasury said it would make renewed offer for the quoted company. But Green said yesterday that it had no recent contact with Treasury. Treasury's initial offer - thought to have been worth more than €7 per share - was "highly conditional", Green claimed.
