Mobile services group iTouch, which is 70.6 per cent owned by Independent News & Media, has bought 75 per cent of Australian telecommunications services business, Telequity, for Aus$2.6 million (#4.3 million) cash and Aus$1.8 million worth of iTouch shares.

iTouch said it will buy the interactive voice response and short message services company from B Digital Limited a part of the Channel 7 group, by July 6.
