The ex-finance director of Kenmare Resources, Mr David Horgan, is contesting the termination of his contract by his employers. Mr Horgan's employment was terminated with effect from yesterday and his share options are to be cancelled, following a decision made by the board of directors. Mr Tony McCluskey, the company's secretary, said no further announcement could be made without legal advice.
