Cork-based Verde LED, which specialises in the design and manufacture of energy saving lighting products, has signed a distribution agreement with teh world's largest wholesale technology products distributor, Ingram Micro.
The contract sees Verde distributing its products to more than 26,000 resellers across Germany, Austria and Hungary.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2010, Verde entered the German market two years later. It now exports to 19 countries around the globe.

"This new partnership with Ingram Micro will assist greatly in continuing to expand rapidly, in line with the company's ambitious growth plans," said Verde's chief executive John Keohane.
