A liquidator is set to be appointed to online image library PR Slides, which is headed by entrepreneur Niall Harbison and model Emma Jane Power. A creditors' meeting for PR Slides Ltd, which has since rebranded as PicStash, will take place on Thursday, November 12th.
The notice of the meeting said that John Eddison of Upton Ryan Chartered Accountants in Dublin ha been proposed as liquidator.
PR Slides was founded by Ms Power in 2013. Mr Harbison, founder of Lovin’ Dublin and Simply Zesty, invested in the company and came on board as joint chief executive.
In January 2014, it received a further €500,000 in venture capital funding, Enterprise Ireland and Kernel Capital joining Mr Harbison and other investors. This brought total investment to €750,000.
According to accounts filed with the Companies Registration Office, PR Slides had cash of almost €245,000 in the bank in December 2013.
