Eddie Rocket's is taking its franchise to Topaz outlets with a new deal that will see the fuel and convenience brand invest €11.4 million and create 45 jobs this year.

The deal will bring the Rocket’s by Eddie Rocket’s brand to 40 forecourts over the next seven years. The first of the new outlets has already been launched in Douglas, Co Cork, with Dublin Port and Brennanstown, Co Wicklow to follow by the end of the year.

“This year has been a big year for Topaz, with the roll out of our Re.Store concept across Ireland – the addition of Rocket’s will further set us apart,” said Topaz chief executive Emmet O’Neill. “Rocket’s is bang on trend and exactly where we want to drive our business.”

Next year, 15 further outlets will be rolled out.
