Consultants engaged by the boards of Crediton Minerals plc and MinMet plc have proposed the disposal of Crediton's exploration licence in Devon, England, and a change in the focus of the company to the provision of finance for natural resource companies.
Minmet shares closed unchanged at 40 cents in Dublin yesterday.
