Google released more details about its long-awaited smart glasses.
A YouTube video uploaded by the firm shows the glasses in action, including the interface which will appear in the wearer’s line of sight.
Google Glass was first showcased at a launch event last year where some people were offered early access to the device.
This access is now being expanded to the general public in the form of a twitter hashtag in the US #ifihadaglass, where consumers can make suggestions on features for the new headset.
The demo video showed how it can be used to take pictures and record video, as well as share content via email or social networks.
Voice commands are used to control the device.
