Sun Microsystems is to recruit an additional 30 employees at its European software centre in Dublin, where 60 people are currently employed. The company's centre is involved in software localisation, development and testing and was established in 1993. Sun is also currently negotiating with a developer on the establishment of a new centre in Dublin, which is expected to lead to further employment growth next year. The European market accounts for 26 per cent of the sales of the US group.
