This Irish language educational app is aimed at children and filled with adorable (and amusing) illustrations, for example, one woman asking another: “Níl sé an-tinn?” while the cheeky pajama-clad boy in question sticks his tongue out behind her back.

Like most educational iPad apps it is interactive – quizzes, drag and drop sentence creation, etc – but best of all, perhaps, is the fact that it's based on the classic Búntas Cainte textbook and reflects that free-spirited approach to language learning.
