The idea is to make the most of what little time you have to work out every day – in this case, it squeezes the important things down to eight minutes. The simple yet effective app covers everything from professional workouts to videos and training tips from Belfast-based fitness trainer and model Chris McDonald, and fitness and nutrition adviser Timmy Burns. You don't need any special equipment, with all the videos designed to be followed by anyone wanting to improve their fitness, and there's a new exercise to try each day. The workouts themselves have two modes: moderate and hard. You won't find an easy option here, which is appropriate given the circumstances. Each day there's a new exercise to try. Access to the library of suggestions that came before would also be helpful but isn't included, so be careful not to miss a day.
