Trinity Venture Capital, part of the Reihill Venture Capital Group, has invested £1 million (€1.3 million) to take a 25 per cent shareholding in Dublin-based software company, Anshe Limited.

Anshe was founded in July 1998 and develops Web-enabled applications for the international postal market. It currently employs 20 people and expects employment to double within the next 12 months.

The money raised from Trinity will be used to accelerate Anshe's product development plans in the areas of customer management and financial services and to expand its sales and marketing team. The company expects to launch a second funding round within 12 to 18 months.
