Listed investment vehicle TVC is in a “prime position” to take advantage of suitable investment opportunities, executive chairman Shane Reihill told the company’s annual meeting in Dublin yesterday.
According to Reihill, while focused on enhancing the value of existing investments, which include UTV and Norkom, TVC has looked at a number of opportunities. It is looking for an equity investment of €15-€ 25 million, but has yet to make a commitment.
