Terms & Conditions
1. The promotion is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible, or corrupted applications will be accepted. No entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be accepted.
3. The Promotion will run from 18/10/2024 to midnight on 09/11/2024 inclusive.
4. Promotion limited to one entry per person.
5. By obtaining tickets, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Responsibility will not be accepted for tickets lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. As media partner The Irish Times is happy to offer readers the chance to register their interest in a test drive at Nevo Electric Vehicle Show in partnership with Bank of Ireland at the RDS Simmonscourt on Sunday, November 10th.
8. All tickets will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of the supplier of the tickets to the Promoter. You must be a registered ticket holder for the Nevo Electric Vehicle Show 2024. You will be accompanied by a brand representative along a designated route. Test drive slots will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. A full driving license must be presented prior to the test drive. By applying for a test drive, you agree that we will share your contact details with the selected brand. This may be used to share insurance forms or schedule a test drive at a future date.
9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by the acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the promoted item/experience for an alternative of equal or greater value.
11. If tickets are unclaimed on November 10th, 2024, they will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to release unclaimed tickets in accordance with the Promotion rules.
12. The promoters’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The attendees may be required to participate in unpaid publicity arising from this promotion.
14. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in https://www.irishtimes.com/policy-and-terms/privacy-policy and as set out in these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
