Welcome to The Irish Times Christmas Crossword competition!
We are delighted to announce that you can now enjoy playing the celebrated Christmas editions of the Simplex, Crosaire and the Chequered flag online with your digital subscription.
The competition will be available from Wednesday December 20th and will run until Monday January 15th, 2024 at 5pm.
As you play puzzles, you will have the opportunity to discover the fantastic prizes that await you on the puzzle game pages.
To enter the competition, simply click on the “Submit” button after completing your game. This will ensure that your entry is received and considered for the prize draw.

As part of the competition, I agree to allow The Irish Times to use my name and email address for the sole purpose of informing the winner of their prize. I understand that when the competition closes on Monday, January 15th, 2024, my personal information, which was gathered as part of the competition, will be deleted.
This deletion will be completed within 72 hours after the winner has been announced. For more information, please see our privacy notice.
It is possible to print out the puzzle and complete it offline. If you wish to enter the competition by completing the print version, you will need to post the completed puzzle. Details on postal entries will be available in the Saturday, Dec 23rd Irish Times print edition.
By completing online through the desktop, app, or mobile, there is no need to post the completed entry. You simply click ‘SUBMIT’ when you finish the puzzle.
