The caption should have read (left to right) Peter O'Neill from the Department of Public Enterprise; Mariette Keulers, deputy director of energy conservation and renewables at the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs; and Hazel O'Leary, a former Secretary of Energy in the present US administration.
