In a report from the Flood Tribunal headed "Counsel tells of loan to former FF press secretary" in Thursday's editions it was incorrectly stated that Mr Laurence Crowley had been at a meeting in 1990 which was attended by Mr James Stafford, Mr Dermot Desmond and Mr P.J. Mara. In fact, Mr Stafford told the tribunal that he had told Mr Crowley later about the meeting.

The proportions of the columns were incorrect in the chart on yesterday's front page showing satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the Government. The figures shown on the columns were correct.

A report on air traffic between Ireland and the US in last Wednesday's supplement on US Investment in Ireland stated that "the ATC (air traffic control centre) at Ballygriffin, Co Clare, relays voice communications over a million miles of airspace." This should have read: "All high frequency communications are relayed through the IAA Aeronautical Communications Station at Ballygirreen, Co Clare."
