A report headed "Moriarty urged to include CRH in scope of inquiry" in yesterday's editions reported Mr Brendan Howlin TD (Labour) as saying that Mr Justice Moriarty's position was untenable". Mr Howlin was referring to Mr Justice Moriarty's position on barring himself from investigating CRH because of his former shareholding in the company, not to his position as chairman of the tribunal.
