The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender group, a British organisation whose sphere of interest should require no further explanation, was forced to backtrack hurriedly last week after including Kevin Spacey's name on a list of prominent homosexuals.
Paul Patrick, speaking for the LGBT, said: "We doublecheck our material carefully, but Mr Spacey's name got through. I don't know how. It will be withdrawn."
The Oscar-winning nocturnal dog-walker (pictured above) has always refused to answer questions about his sexuality. Mr Patrick's list, which was intended as a teaching aid for British schools, also included the names of Dale Winton and Graham Norton, neither of whom is thought to have contacted his lawyer.
