Chief: Moon, Michael, Evan & Danny
What's on your rider?Moon: Whiskey and hummus, pitta, a case of American beer, vegetables and crackers, sometimes, and sometimes meats for sandwiches.
What would be on your fantasy rider?Michael: A very good-looking Asian woman who does massage therapy.
What's your pre-gig ritual/ routine?Evan: There are no pre-gig rituals or routines. We just get on stage and do our thing.
How do you get to the gig – limo, taxi, walking?Michael: Walking.
What's the best gig you've been to?Evan: Radiohead at the Santa Barbara Bowl.
And the worst? All: We couldn't possibly answer that.
What are your favourite and least favourite venues?
All: The best are the Music Hall of Williamsburg, the Mercury Lounge, Troubadour and the Hollywood Bowl.
Most embarrassing on-stage moment? All: Every show!
What's the most you've ever paid for a gig ticket?Michael:
I have never paid for a show. Moon: $300 for Coachella.
Chatting between songs – good or bad?Danny: Depends on how bad the jokes are. Sometimes we say stupid things, so I say no.
Groupies. Would you?Evan: Would I chat with them and be happy they enjoyed the show? Absolutely. Michael: Definitely. Moon: Absolutely.
How many roadies does it take to change your lightbulbs (ie, how big is your entourage)? All: We don't have one yet.
Have you a special stage wardrobe?Moon: Whatever we wore that day.
Do you like to meet and greet fans after the gig?Evan: Usually, not. I'm usually tired and amped up from playing and I just want to chill out. Danny: Yes, yes.
Any useful stage tips?Michael: Bring a towel. Danny: Drink a couple of beers first.
If you could be in any other band, which one?Moon: The Band. Michael: Oh yeah, The Band.
