Marc Quinn (right), who established himself with a self-portrait head cast in his own frozen blood, is the star of Blood: Not for the Faint Hearted, which features an entirely new piece by him, Legion. His is but one of 25 works "exploring the symbolic, scientific and strange nature of blood" and touching on our fascination with and fear of the "crimson, coagulating oxygen-carrier".
