Coiffed and feathered ladies will perch at the Best Dressed pagoda tomorrow at Leopardstown Racecourse to display their plumage. The winner will receive a €3,000 Design Centre voucher and a Philip Treacy millinery masterpiece that will set them up for Cheltenham next month.
