There will be barely a dry eye in the house tonight when Belfast DJs Tanya Mellotte and Mark Gordon - known collectively as Skibunny - play their final set at Auntie Annie's, on Dublin Road, after more than 10 years as the defining alternative club in Belfast, writes Finola Meredith
It's a real loss to the city. Mark and Tanya's eclectic choices - everything from The Cure to Alloy Mental to Arcade Fire to Aretha Franklin, and plenty of other deliciously danceable tunes in between - were guaranteed to ensure that you left the club at closing time with your ears ringing and a crazed grin on your face.
