Ingredients
- (serves 6)
- 500g brussel sprouts, washed and then shredded in a food processor
- juice of two limes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp miso paste (any kind will do)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp mirin
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together except the shredded sprouts.
Then add the sprouts and toss well, marinating for at least a half hour before serving. This keeps well for at least a day in the fridge.
