An eight-bedroom Georgian house on 1.5 acres, Belvedere House on Belvedere Road, Wexford, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald-Haythornthwaite, which is seeking about £435,000 (552,336).

In Co Mayo, an eight-acre holding at Castlelacken, Carrowmore-lacken, Ballina, was sold at auction for £211,000 (267,914) through Mayo-Sligo Property Sales.
