In Co Meath, Stonefield Villa at Ballinlough, Kells, was sold at auction for £406,000 (515,513) through Sherry FitzGerald-Armstrong.

Near Dunsany, an 80-acre non-residential farm at Arrodstown, Kiltale, was sold at auction for £725,000 (920,560).

Raymond Potterton withdrew a five-bedroom house on nine acres, Mount Carmel, Donaghmore, Navan, at £520,000 (660,263).

Still in Co Meath, a two-bedroom cottage on one acre, Ballinlough Big, Kells, was sold after auction for about £65,000 (82,532) by Sherry FitzGerald-Armstrong.

An eight-bedroom Georgian house on 1.5 acres, Belvedere House on Belvedere Road, Wexford, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald-Haythornthwaite, which is seeking about £435,000 (552,336).

In Co Mayo, an eight-acre holding at Castlelacken, Carrowmore-lacken, Ballina, was sold at auction for £211,000 (267,914) through Mayo-Sligo Property Sales.
