Twinlite Developments is releasing a small number of four-bedroom detached homes in its successful Hollystown Demesne scheme on the edge of a golf course at Hollywood Rath, Dublin 15. McPeak Auctioneers have sold 80 houses since last July. One of the house types now available has 1,600 sq. ft of floor space, three reception rooms and four bedrooms. Prices are £230,000 and a conservatory is available at an extra cost. The second house type, a two-storey dormer with 1,900 sq ft, is designed to allow maximum alternative use of space.
