A RETAIL investment opposite the Father Matthew statue at 124 Patrick Street, Cork, is to be sold at auction on June 6th. Hamilton Osborne King expects to secure between £220,000 and £250,000 for the building, which has 643 square feet at street level and 1,414 square feet in all. It is currently occupied by a fast-food operator, which is paying a rent of £22,000 per annum under a 35-year lease with five-yearly rent reviews.
