Hooke and MacDonald is seeking in the region of £450,000 (€571,380) for a new purpose-built creche in The Tramyard apartment development in Inchicore village, Dublin 8. Most of the 230 apartments in the Zoe Developments scheme have been sold, while many of them are occupied and the remainder are due to be completed by August. In all, there are about 500 new homes being built or at the planning stage in the immediate area. The 1,700 sq ft creche will have a large external play area and will accommodate between 30 and 35 children. The purchaser will be able to avail of 100 per cent capital allowances in the first year.
