Agent DTZ McCombe Pierce is quoting £3 million sterling for a site of just under 10 acres with both office and residential potential in Bangor, Co Down. The former Bangor Dairies depot, of 9.75 acres, backs on to the Belfast railway line and is within the town limits. Robert Toland of DTZ McCombe Pierce said the site divides easily into three parts for commercial, office and residential development. The rear part of the site overlooks the railway line and offers obvious residential potential. He pointed out that Bangor District Council is also enthusiastic about promoting incubator technology business in the area and is interested in offering joint venture schemes.
