Gunne is quoting a guideline price of £900,000 for two adjoining commercial buildings at the junction of St Stephen's Green and Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, which are to be auctioned on October 15th. The ground floor at 1-2 Lower Leeson Street is currently used as a newsagents, Chapter and Verse, while the basement has a coffee shop. There is a separate access to 2,329 square feet of offices on the upper floors. Philip Ownes of Gunne says the buildings will be sold with vacant possession. Because of their high-profile location, the buildings were likely to be of interest to investors, retailers and convenience store operators.
