Dublin accountancy firm Caplin Meehan has paid £3.3 million for a headquarters building at Blackhall Place, Dublin 7. The 8,500 sq ft building has 12 car-parking spaces. Caplin Meehan, currently based at College Green, plans to relocate early next year. Harrington Bannon acted for them and Colliers Jackson Stops advised the developers, MF Properties.
