THE OKR Group, which operates the Burger King franchise, has paid key money of more than £100,000 for the lease-hold interest in the Mr Burger outlet in Grafton Street. The lease covers a total of 1,900 square feet in the basement, ground and first floors of 4 Grafton Street and the first floor in number 5. Norwich Union owns the space, which is rented at £96,000 per annum. Druker Fanning acted for Mr Burger. Palmer McCormack represented OKR.
