Lisney is quoting a rental of £25 (#31.74) per sq ft for Carysfort House, a stand-alone office building with 12,500 sq ft under construction at Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock. Letting agent Peter Stapleton said the building will give a tenant a highly individual profile as there is no other significant office space in the surrounding area. "There are 700,000 sq ft under construction in the Sandyford area, but this is a completely different development, right opposite the Smurfit School of Business Studies, close to the centre of Blackrock and only five minutes' walk from the DART."

The development is by a private investor and is being built by Rohcon. The four-storey building contains basement parking for 30 cars.
