Two leading Irish companies are in negotiations to lease a substantial volume of office space in the proposed Central Park development at Leopardstown Road, Sandyford, Co Dublin, which is now under construction. Last week, First Active became the first tenant when it agreed to lease 73,500 sq ft block at a rent of £18 per sq ft. Three other blocks are under construction, the largest with 263,000 sq ft. Each of the other blocks will have 73,500 sq ft. When completed, the entire development will have 1.6 million sq ft of offices together with a hotel, creche, retail space, restaurants and leisure facilities. Central Park is a joint venture deveopment between Castlemarket Holdings and businessman David Arnold. Finnegan Menton and Lisney are joint letting agents.
