As part of an overall expansion programme, Jackson-Stops McCabe has appointed a new director. Barry Chambers (30) spent four years with the Valuation Office in London and, after a year in San Francisco, joined Jackson-Stops. He is primarily involved in the office and investment markets. The firm's Dublin office, which now has a staff of 27, recently acquired an adjoining premises in Dawson Street from Sothebys.
Concurrent with that, the firm's Cork office has taken over the estate agency of Peter O'Flynn and Associates. Main board director Roderick Downer says the company is now very happy with its development, having busy offices in Dublin, Belfast and Cork.
