Cork agency Cohalan Downing is selling the Logitech computer peripherals manufacturing and distribution centre in Cork Technology Park. It is for sale by tender. The agents have set a closing date of August 31st for the 45,000 sq ft hi-tech unit set on a 2.25-acre site. It is producing an income of £177,000. Logitech located in Cork in 1995 but has moved its manufacturing to China and reduced its workforce in Cork and have decided to offer the building for sale. The premises is located near Boston Scientific, Avex Electronics, Summit Ireland and QC Data.
