THE Irish League of Credit Unions is seeking £1.5 million for its headquarters building at Castleside Drive, Rathfarnham, Dublin. The organisation is to move in May to Lower Mount Street, where it has acquired an office building for around £1.5 million. Elliott and FitzGerald is to sell the block by private treaty. The Rathfarnham premises dates from 1984 and has 9,100 square feet of private and open-plan offices on two levels. There is planning consent to add another 4,500 square feet of space. There are 23 car-parking spaces on site. The office block is set in landscaped grounds overlooking Rathfarnham Castle.
