Usher house, a modern three-storey office block in Dundrum, Dublin 14, has been sold for £2.025 million. The building, which has more than 4,500 sq ft, was sold at auction through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald. The property is understood to have been bought by a private investor. Usher House is located on Dundrum's Main Street, opposite Dundrum Shopping Centre, some distance from the proposed new Dundrum Town Centre.

It has car-parking at front and back. If rented out, it could achieve rents of £25 per sq ft.
