ANOTHER Dublin pub is set to exceed the £1.5 million mark. The Gunne agency expects to secure in excess of £1.6 million for the Finglas Inn, a large bar beside the Superquinn supermarket, which has been owned for over 30 years by a company headed by Pat Finnucane. The business had a net turnover £1.7 million. It is for auction on October 31st.

Gunne also expects to secure between £1.5 million and £2 million for the Rosnaree Park Hotel on the main Dublin-Belfast road outside Drogheda. The hotel has 20 en suite bedrooms and potential to develop additional rooms in the grounds, which extend to seven acres. It also has a newly developed conference centre and night club. The hotel goes to auction on November 5th.
